Thermal Expansion
PolySelf is manufactured from ABT Inc's polymer concrete. The thermal expansion rate of polymer concrete is almost identical to the concrete surround that encapsulates a typical installed trench drain. Unlike dissimilar materials such as plastics (HDPE), PolySelf will not expand and contract with temperature changes.

ABT Inc, has been manufacturing PolySelf since 1983. Many of our original installations are still in use today. This is a testament to the durability of our polymer concrete drainage channels. Polymer concretes is resistant to UV rays and all common automotive fluids.
