Cleanup and Final Grate Installation

  1. Remove and clean gratings (take off plastic or masking tape).
  2. Clean all debris and any concrete spillage out of trench and catch basins.
  3. Insert the grate bolt through the hole provided in each grate.
  4. Screw the toggle bar onto the bolt with two full turns.
  5. Set the grate into the channel/sidewall grate lip. Hand tighten the bolt until the toggle bar slips into the red "PolyLock" depression in the side of the channel and snugs the grate into place.
  6. Tighten lock bolt securely with a wrench. CAUTION: DO NOT USE A POWER WRENCH.

The PolyDrain System is now complete and ready for operation!
