PolyDrain Special Products

ABT, Inc manufactures various polymer concrete products that provide solutions to special drainage applications outside of the capabilities of the standard Sloped System. All of the following "Special Products," with the exception of PolySelf, are available in either polyester concrete, PolyDyn or special ester concrete, PolyChampion formulations.

8 Inch Channel

All 8", 12" and 20" large capacity channels have a non-sloping, trapezoidal-shaped bottom with smooth interior surfaces for enhanced hydraulic performance. The 8" channel features our exclusive PolyLock grate locking blocks with three grating options. A standard slotted grate is available for 12" and 20" channels.

Sand Trap

ABT's pre-cast modular sand trap installs easily without the necessity of heavy equipment and is more cost effective than conventional hand-forming methods. A traffic-rated grate and frame is available.

Specification — Sand Trap: Shall be made of pre-cast polymer concrete with a 24" x 24" clear opening and shall have stackable risers for variable depth requirements. Units shall have attachable legs to allow for concrete placement beneath base unit.

Piccolo Shallow Channels

Piccolo Shallow Channels offer a practical and economical drainage solution where slab depth restrictions dictate the necessity of a shallow channel. Piccolo channels feature our exclusive "Red Dot" Locking Blocks and can accept any standard PolyDrain grate. Special support legs attach to the channel sidewalls and speed installation. Solid end plates and vertical outlet connectors are also available.

PolySelf Channels

PolySelf Channels are ideal for installing around pools, sports facilities, offices, driveways, patios, garages or anywhere surface water collects. Channels are a nominal meter (39.19") in length and 4.5" wide. Accessories include: end plates (closed or with outlet), vertical outlets, installation brackets, and galvanized steel slotted or perforated, friction-fitting grates.
